Refund Policy
All Minx Academy of Beauty online and in person courses, supplies and equipment are NON refundable. We offer replacement requests for faulty equipment and all requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date. We offer a 30 day replacement exchange for faulty equipment. Please include the product information and photos of the faulty equipment along with a copy of your receipt.

Shipping Policy
All online course purchases will have immediate access to content. Shipping time for all product orders is between 7-14 days. Products on back order will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.
